One proposal, one payment at launch, then monthly
Accept your proposal
One proposal covers the build and your first month. You accept it online and nothing is due yet.
We build, you approve
We write the copy and build the site within 10 business days, counted from the day we have your details, images and account access. Two rounds of revisions are included, and your copy review is one of them.
Pay at launch
When the site is ready, we invoice the setup fee and your first month together. The site goes live once that's paid.
Monthly from launch day
After that it's one invoice a month on your launch date, payable within 7 days. No new proposal and no annual contract.

Which plan suits my business?
Growth if you need to be found and not lose an enquiry. Growth Plus if a typical job is worth more than $1,500 and you want new pages or articles each month, plus bookings, quotes and invoices online.
Why is there a setup fee?
It pays for the build. The monthly fee doesn't start until your site is live.
Is there a minimum term?
No. It's month to month, and either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice.
What happens to my website if I leave?
Your domain, Google profile, content and leads are yours. On request, once fees are paid, we transfer the site to your own platform account, and you get an export of your contacts and content within 14 days. If you don't take over the platform subscription, the site stops being published.
What does a one-off build cover?
The website you approved, built and launched, with hosting for the first 12 months. It isn't a managed plan: SEO, Google profile work and content updates after launch aren't included. After 12 months the platform subscription moves to your own account.
Can I add online booking to Growth?
Yes, as a $500 one-off add-on. It's included in Growth Plus with automatic reminders.
What do I need for invoices paid online?
Your own Stripe account. Platform and card fees on those payments are yours.
Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
No. You're paying for the work, not a result. The full terms are in our Service Agreement, linked at the bottom of every page.
